For Immediate Release November 6, 2024 - Indigenous Climate Action (ICA), will be sending a delegation to Baku in attendance at the 2024 United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) Conference of the Parties (COP29).

As thousands plan to gather for Climate Week 2024, Indigenous Climate Action (ICA) is proud to announce its delegation. Indigenous leaders and climate justice advocates will amplify Indigenous-led solutions, utilizing divestment, Free, Prior, and Informed Consent (FPIC), Just Transition, as well as the threats and risks of Nature-based solutions on global human rights.

On Thursday, April 11, Indigenous Climate Action will be taking part in a rally outside Royal Bank of Canada’s (RBC) Annual General Meeting (AGM)

Black and Indigenous delegation and allies attending Royal Bank of Canada’s AGM will be participating in a Water Walk ending at St Regis Hotel.

Rallies in front of Royal Bank of Canada’s (RBC) locations happening Saturday across so-called Canada leading up to RBC’s Annual General Meeting (AGM).
