Haley Kootenhayoo (she/her) is Nakota Sioux from the Alexis Nakota Sioux Nation in Treaty 6 territory, Alberta. She is passionate about her culture, language, and community, and she has been with ICA for over 3 years. In her free time, she likes exploring new ways to support community and make a positive impact. She plans to pursue further academic studies to support her work in communications, advocacy, and community engagement in the near future.

She enjoys video games, being creative, learning new skills, bringing new ideas to life, and following her passions.
